He held several positions in commercial financing at prominent financial institutions before diving headfirst into real estate in 2011. An entrepreneur at heart, a visionary and an innovator, Yan aims to make his business model the reference in Quebec by building on the meteoric growth that his company has experienced in recent years.

Jonathan holds a graduate diploma in financial accounting and the prestigious CPA, CA designation. He has also held several key management positions over the course of his career. These qualifications, along with his attention to detail, dedication to quality and efficiency and strong analytical skills, make him an excellent administrator. It’s no surprise that he handles financial, administrative and human resources matters at Medway with finesse. His leadership skills and open-mindedness help him motivate a large and diverse team to handle anything that gets thrown at them.
